You Get Paid – Once the item sells, you receive the agreed base price. Any amount above that goes to G & C Sales Unlimited.
Written Agreement – We put everything in writing with a simple, clear consignment contract—so there are no surprises.

We also offer clean-out services for homes, garages, storage units, or estates. Whether you're downsizing, relocating, or managing a loved one's belongings, we’ll work with you on a negotiated price to help sort, remove, and evaluate items for resale or donation.
