No Refunds or Exchanges
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any items unless an error has been made on our part.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

We’ll review your request and determine next steps. If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.
Shipping Damage
All shipped items are insured through USPS. If your item was damaged during transit, we’ll help you file a claim with the carrier. Please retain all packaging and provide photos for the claim process.
Consignment Items
Because consigned items are sold on behalf of individual sellers, no refunds or returns are accepted for any reason once a consignment item is sold.
